Pints for Pooches

Gather your pals, grab a pint, and get ready for an epic showdown between the Cleveland Browns and the LA Rams - all while showing some love to adorable pooches!

This one-of-a-kind event is not just about football, it's about supporting two incredible local dog charities - City Dogs of Cleveland and Multiple Breed Rescue.

We're asking all attendees to bring treats, toys, or supplies worth $20 or more to donate to City Dogs of Cleveland. You can even purchase items directly from their wishlists on Amazon, Chewy, and Shelter Bed

Picture this: cheering on the Browns, surrounded by the sounds of the game, with delicious all-you-can-eat appetizers (think pizza, nachos, tacos, and more!) in your hands. Plus, you'll get two drink tickets - cheers to that!

But wait, there's more! Multiple Breed Rescue will bring some adorable pups to join in the fun. We'll have awesome games and 50/50 raffles that directly support MBR's mission.

Join us for this amazing event where you can have a blast, indulge in tasty treats, and help make a difference in the lives of Ohio dogs in need. Don't miss out - grab your ticket for just $40 and get ready for a memorable afternoon!

$40 Ticket includes:

  • All you can eat appetizers - pizza, nachos, tacos, tenders, mozzarella sticks etc.

  • Two Drink Tickets

  • Browns watch party with surround sound

  • 50/50 Raffle and games for cash and other prizes

About Multiple Breed Rescue (MBR)

MBR is a small group of people who try to help as many displaced animals as possible

We work with humane officers, veterinarians and shelters in the state of Ohio to help dogs that are being mistreated, abused, neglected, or have medical needs. We also take in dogs from high kill shelters, local county-run pounds, and in-state rescues to allow them to make room for new in-takes to their facility. Occasionally, in extreme circumstances, we will assist with owner surrenders. Once in our care, all of our animals are given proper and necessary vetting to ensure their well-being. We do not have a public shelter; the majority of our dogs are in foster homes. That means prior to adoption, our animals live in someone’s home until they can be placed in a loving FURever home. MBR operates 100% on volunteers and donations. We are a registered non-profit 501(c) 3.

From 2006 through 2021, we have rescued over 3,000 animals and plan to grow that number as we continue on our mission.

We are 100% volunteer and foster-based. Some of our dogs are housed at a Boarding & Training facility located in Grafton Ohio. We do conduct our meet & greets at this facility as well. All meet & greets are pre-scheduled as none of the dogs available for adoption are at the facility.

About Friends of City Dogs Cleveland

Friends of CITY DOGS Cleveland is a 501 (c)(3), volunteer run organization established in April 2020 with the mission of providing the animals taken in by Cleveland Animal Care and Control (CACC) with medical care and enrichment during their time at the kennel, preparing them for adoption into loving homes, and creating opportunities for potential adopters to get to know them as the great family members they were meant to be. Friends of CITY DOGS Cleveland is CACC’s primary fundraising partner. CACC is the exclusive beneficiary of the Friends’ fundraising efforts.

OUR MISSION - To provide financial assistance for the animals at Cleveland Animal Care and Control, which includes daily enrichment opportunities, medical care and supporting the CITY DOGS adoption and volunteer programs.

OUR VISION - Enriching, improving and advocating for the lives of Cleveland's homeless dogs as they navigate their journey to a better life
